Michele Zhuang
Founder & Managing Director, ACCM Group
Michele Zhuang is a cross-border business adviser with more than 20 years’ experience in international business, investment facilitation and government relations. She helps businesses and institutions enter markets, build commercial partnerships and deliver projects across Australia, China and the Asia-Pacific.
As Founder and Managing Director of ACCM Group, Michele combines strategic advice with hands-on delivery. Working with her team, she has facilitated more than A$400 million in foreign direct investment into Australia, supported Australian brands’ expansion into Asian markets, and led investment forums and delegations involving Beijing Daxing, Shenzhen Luohu, Qingdao and Laixi.
Her work spans industry, education and culture. In 2025, she facilitated a five-year strategic partnership between Adelaide University and China Arts and Entertainment Group, progressing into delegation visits and professional training in 2026. She has also secured sponsorships and collaborations involving the Sydney Symphony Orchestra and Adelaide Symphony Orchestra.
Michele represents the Beijing Go Global Hub for Digital Enterprises in Australia and serves as Investment Promotion Ambassador and Australian Cooperation Representative for the Beijing Daxing International Airport Economic Zone. These roles complement her work in market entry, innovation commercialisation and international industry cooperation.
A Certified Global Ambassador for the Global Council for Responsible AI, Michele participated in the 2026 UN Global Dialogue on AI Governance in Geneva. She also directs international cooperation for the China Rehabilitation Summit at CIIE and mentors postgraduate entrepreneurship students at the University of Sydney Business School.
In recognition of her contribution to cross-cultural understanding, Michele received the 2024 Australia–China Alumni Awards’ Cross-Cultural Contribution Medal, presented by the Australian Ambassador to China.
Michele brings an understanding of both commercial and government priorities, translating different expectations into shared objectives and practical outcomes. Her commitment to education, healthcare and philanthropy reflects her belief that international cooperation should create lasting value for business and the wider community.
Jarry Zhao, MPAcc, MIPA
Executive Director, Investment
Jarry Zhao is an accomplished finance professional with nearly two decades of international experience in financial management and investments, encompassing investment banking, venture capital, and equity funds. His expertise in private equity, venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions are particularly notable, highlighted by his tenure as a Partner at Horus Capital and Wudaokou Investment in China, where he managed investments exceeding ¥400 million RMB.
During his career, Jarry has spearheaded high-tech investment initiatives across China, adeptly overseeing critical processes such as fundraising, due diligence, strategic decision-making, portfolio optimization, and exit strategies. His strategic acumen and meticulous approach have significantly contributed to IPOs and companies listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, with a standout involvement in a landmark ¥20 billion RMB merger and acquisition deal in the automotive industry.
Previously serving as Senior Manager at two other licensed financial institutions in China, Jarry demonstrated profound capability in navigating intricate financial landscapes, enhancing his reputation for precision and insightful financial oversight.
Jarry's international experience is bolstered by significant roles at prestigious institutions such as Macquarie Group and M1 Capital, where he developed a comprehensive skill set that includes financial analysis, stock trading, Mandarin proficiency, marketing, deal negotiation, and project management.
A passionate advocate for leveraging marketing and technological innovations to drive business growth and financing, Jarry holds a master’s degree in accounting from Monash University. He is currently a member of the China Science and Technology Finance Promotion Association.
Jing Li
Principal Consultant
Jing’s extensive experience in investment and trade spans across both the private and public sector, including working on numerous ASX IPO capital raising projects and overseeing international investment attraction efforts in his capacity as a senior executive with the State Government of South Australia.
Jing worked as senior consultant advising many prestigious brands on international strategy, government funding, and business plans. Client Including KPMG Australia, Sinopec, China Communication and Construction Company ZMPC, Adelaide United Football Club, City of Charles Sturt, ACBC, Business SA and Shandong Academy Science.
Jing is an elected councillor at Adelaide City Council due to his community contribution. He is also a respected community leader acknowledged by the Prime Minister and the Australian Embassy in Beijing winning the 2018 Golden Wattle Award Australia’s top 10 Chinese Youth and the 2020 Australia China Alumni Award (Social Impact).
Jing holds Bachelors Degree in Finance and Commerce with Honours and is completing the Chartered Financial Analyst Program.
Bing Lin
Director of Communications
Bing Lin is a media and communications professional specialising in coverage of Australia–China business, cultural and policy developments. Based in Australia since 2003, she brings extensive experience spanning media, corporate communications and cross-cultural engagement.
She has reported for SBS Chinese, China News Service (CNS) and Multicultural Radio Station (Radio 2000 FM98.5), producing feature stories and multimedia reports across digital and broadcast platforms.
Prior to her media work, she held corporate communications roles in the financial services sector, including as a Communications Consultant at Macquarie Group and Suncorp Group. Her work focused on stakeholder engagement, communications strategy and project management.
She holds a Master of Arts in Communications (Mass Media) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology Management.
